Food Bank – COVID-19 update

Food will now be distributed outside in the car park behind the old DA1 building @ 46 Lowfield Street, Dartford, DA1 1HJ.
The bags will be made up in advance.
The Food Bank is open on Tuesdays between 10am and Noon in the car park for all foodbank users.
We are generally not rejecting any request for support – there is currently no need for proof of receipt of benefit or identity and we don’t operate any form of voucher scheme.
Once we have successfully distributed the made up bags of food in our car park (behind Foodbank) we will NOT open again until the following Tuesday at 10am to distribute made up bags again, subject of course to the weekly review. If that is not possible we will of course update you so please keep an eye on this site.
Please follow all Government coronavirus advice
when attending foodbank and stay 2 metres (6ft) from other people when queuing.
If you are a family in need please do contact us by private message. We may be able to deliver food whilst we have stocks.
For donations, please can these be dropped in Dartford Sainsbury’s Foodbank box.
Please take care and be safe
